Phase Two (hair salons/barbers) can begin in 14 days if the health numbers hold.

Please be more transparent on who is in each phase There is a lot of seemingly grey areas. What phase are tattoo shops, yoga studios and martial arts schools? They are capable of of following guidelines and have less ppl in them then the grocery stores that are open
