It's also simple: states that encourage illegal immigrants to break our immigration laws shouldnt get a dime of federal money. NYS is full of hypocrites.

Its simple how do you rehire people if there is no work to do. Remember the PPP only covers 8 weeks of payroll. You assume business will be back to usual after 8 weeks but can't even open up WNY right now.
