Waiting on the text of today's Executive Order to be released. Hopefully, there will be requirement upon a tenant to demonstrate COVID19-related hardship. Some renters' incomes are unaffected & enhanced unemployment has boosted many people's incomes & ability to pay living costs.
Many New Yorkers are living paycheck to paycheck. As a result, we are extending rent relief for those impacted by the #coronavirus to help lessen the burden.
