Ms. Hochul, is it fair to assess that with the new results of the antibody tests that we can fast track a plan to start slowly reopening WNY? I missed the segment with the boys on The Edge.
Main focus continues to be stopping the spread of the virus & saving lives.
There is an end in sight, but we need to stay the course or we'll end up right back where we began.
