  Respectfully this system sounds great in theory but, I've tried calling over 350 times today on my designated day to complete my claim and haven't gotten through. I understand there's a surge of people filing claims but, there has to be a better way.

  QUESTION: When/How can I complete my claim? I need complete by the phone and NEVER WORKING OR TOO BUSY. Stop play with US. I have 3 week traying complete my claim Why don’t have call back? I don’t call because I’m boring I call because I don’t have option.

  I filed 2 tuesdays ago. Took a full week, over 2000 calls to get through. Then got a message saying i had to supply pay stubs last tuesday. I supplied them weds. I called thursday 300 times and was told they were received. My claim is STILL PENDING.
