NY Homeowners (out of income due to COVID-19) need *adequate* relief. Gov's Order (202.9) leaves it up to lenders/servicers as to what happens when 90day Forbearance is up. Mort loan servicer, PHH, demands immediate payment of those 3months (plus ongoing mo pymts)...
