Many people, myself included, completed everything necessary on the website, only for it to state that we needed to call to complete the application. My phone number is in the application. Can NYS dedicate a percentage of phone staff to call us back, so we’re not calling all day?

Yeah but my dad finished the application online, only for it to say that we needed to call the unemployment office to actually complete it bc they needed “additional information”
