Nursing homes around the state are being reminded not to have large gatherings and limit the number of visitors. While we recognize people want to see their relatives, it’s important to make sure they’re not sick when they’re walking in.
I get it but my parents depend on seeing their grandchildren
it keeps them going and now they can't and I feel terrible
Perhaps you can talk with the home about setting up a way to have Skype/FaceTime visits.
