Enact the long overdue Equal Rights Amendment - first proposed in NY by Alice Paul in 1923 as part of the state Constitution. Let's get it done. And we must fight hard to keep affordable, accessible #childcare front and center. #NYWomenLead

We also want to highlight women leaders who may have been left out in the past. I encourage all of YOU to use the #NYWomenLead hashtag to underline some of the New York women who have fought these battles in the past.
