How about instead of dumping money into this, you start cleaning up all the waste dumps in this area. Ya know, those unsafe radioactive hot spots. There’s a reason this area has some of the highest cancer rates in the country. And it isn’t because we don’t have a fun waterfront.

There is a saying 4 this. Get it right 4 the people, not for developers & big $. It's about time. We've waited many decades (lifetime). Stop exchange st Amtrak. Put metro rail & Amtrak in DL&W with very minor track work. It can be done!
