These number are similar to those experienced prior to Kancare. Kancare has provided no noticeable difference in services to people with I/DD. In addition, those are services provided by the agencies and not the managed care companies.

What is the MCO connection to NCI? Our indicators are collected through surveys by KDADS staff. They also aren’t reported back to us as providers and only available on NCI site.
