You should not be firing the individual who set the alarm. I would love to hear the audio to see who is at fault for this. I don't live in Hawaii but the fact that someone got fired who was probably NOT the person at fault makes me sick.

I would be upset if it happen to me but it sounds like the guy who alerted it wasn't his fault but that ur system was POOR. So fire yourself. You should be helping the guy if he's getting death threats. Shame on you. I get mistakes happen but u need to put all the facts out!
