It doesn’t rain in LA they don’t have this issue and that was absouletly crazy the bands would not have been able to play in that.

Supposedly the strokes wouldn’t play during the secondary 12-6 day time gov ball wanted. Not trying to stand up for gov ball. But that makes a lot of sense considering how everything went down.
