@Gothamist LES was first place I stayed in NYC 10 years ago. It's changed completely. All of NYC has. South of 59th St is a giant mall.

@Selftoken@Gothamist It's all changed in 10 years. I love it, but you can't discount the building boom, lost NY institutions, soaring rent.
