Every time you see a piece of spam with some attribute you think is easily blockable because no legit email would do that, you're wrong.

In similar vein, 1 of my old company email address got flagged coz email contained attachment with abbreviated "cumulative" -> "cum" in name
We had a person with surname Slutz, they got blocked often. I think it's a Polish name.
