The IP address is from the pool assigned for users of SecureLine VPN and this is clearly a misuse of this product by one of the users 1/2

I know it's not your department, and not for me to tell Avast how to run things, but port 25 open on a VPN seems like a bad idea to me.
Also - I would separate out the reverse DNS for VPN users, in case service abused and silly feds turn up at company
