Not when done properly. Managed Service Accounts have been around since Server 2012. Pass' auto-rotates & admin doesn't need to know it.
I mean, in this case I doubt it's admin accounts. They don't patch or have firewalls.

I'd bet they even changed the default Domain password policy, to make it less of an inconvenience.
