you can have the same cert signed by different CAs, I don't think it's an problem.
next to every https website, the word secure sure won't confuse people.
It is if one is revoked and still works for signing :D

yeah Microsoft still trusting it is a problem, but the "million websites" thing is different.

the number doesn't really matter anyhoo as it only matters if somebody had private key and could MITM traffic
