Anecdotally from twitter, it seems many people are having problems getting credit reports via http://annualcreditreport.com . Mine failed all 3

I hope so. I last used the site in Nov 2016. Of course, it could have been compromised then too. This is why we need disclosure laws.

You don't need to have used the site to be impacted. It's plugged into the databases of the big three credit agencies.
