I do not have all the answers. Nobody does. Long standing orgs are having to rebuild their business IT systems while flying in them.

So true. The fundies of "patch, educate and control" are almost impossible unless you're dealing with a startup org. Still worth trying tho!

It's one of those things - average UK business lasts 10 years before being sold or going under, so IT infrastructure being passed down.
