I wonder if DNC has thought about implications of MSFT challenge: that it (and Google) can't disclose subpoenas to enterprise customers
MS are aggressive with both price and security sales pitch, maybe a factor. They secure 'billions of accounts in cloud' etc.

They should still go with one or the other, mind you (better the FBI than Putin). But it would seem a particularly big concern these days.
