Azure Multi-Factor Authentication Server is actually great, deployed it at last place. Use RADIUS, MFA anything, very cheap.

You can tie it to RD Web Access or RD Gateway in Windows. Phones users when they try to connect, verifies voice pattern too.

Bingo! I've seen plenty of orgs where someone thought using a different port number for RDP would protect them... then got smashed
