Autorun no longer works from USBs. The rest are physical attacks; could be performed from a keyboard or by cutting cables.
You'd be surprised how many users blindly run stuff from USB devices - still see it all the time. Also XP everywhere.

XP (or older) is omnipresent in industrial systems. Hardware lifespan is longer than PCs. Drivers never updated for newer systems.

It must be not just XP, but XP not updated since 2011 (or was it 2009?) for autorun fom USBs to work.
