Xmanager is a corporate server management product. I'm ill at the moment so can't look but this may be problematic. It's an implant.

Whoever did this isn't a kid. The update thing is SSL and code signed as vendor. Not sure why attacker used DGA. Hat tip to Kaspersky 4 find

But yeah i would consider all of these tactics way more advanced than commonly visible campaigns. This had to have taken some skill.
