That's why I read the reporter's statement about his admission to include knowledge of criminal use — otherwise what good is it as admission

I don't read it that way - it read it as simple admission of sale not about knowledge of use

I mean, I could totally be wrong. But if admission stops short of criminal element, why is the government crowing that he admitted it?
