Hm, my Base64 decoder decodes it to a 34-byte sequence just fine. The sequence itself doesn't make sense, maybe encrypted?

That was my assumption. Maybe some hard-coded key?

Not sure, may need reversing. If you can get it decrypted you can get a network account

Reversing reveals that there is obviously some Base64 going on, but it also uses OpenSSL PRNG.

It's weird though because the client decrypts it (e.g. setup.exe) so it must be decryptable

Yes, and it’s not as if it is communicating with their servers. I found a weird character set inside the binary, but I’m a terrible reverser

And I haven’t been able to debug because I am missing LIBEAY32.dll. IDA doesn’t let me use the OpenSSL library in it’s place

Huh it works for me, I'm just using the standard OpenSSL one
