Everyone I talk to in the industry is on Splunk in some form or another. And nobody knows SCOM. Definitely don't know OMS.
I used OMS, it was great. But yes to everything else.

Of course! Microsoft were WAY too slow with marketing OMS, Splunk got the foothold.
