No, you can decrypt all files, as long as the MFT isn't corrupted and they're in same order they were encrypted.

I believe that even if files were affected by the bug, it's only the first 16 bytes that are affected and shouldn't be too bad to fix.

The way CBC works is it xors the current block with the previous encrypted one, but because it doesn't finalize for files > 1 MB the 1/?
