In fairness, I feel sorry for ME Doc. They have 400k customers & clearly a lot of staff. I understand their internal servers got seized too.

I think their customers probably have bigger problems than not being able to update MeDoc though.
Oh, I haven't even thought about their customers. ME Doc might have some angry emails.
