You probably can't tell from my tweets but I'm quite positive about security (when you pay me) and I'm pro change and believe orgs improve.

I don't believe in management by fear either. People shouldn't generally be forced through a fire exit when there's no fire.
Then when there actually IS a fire they will listen if you tell them to run and do things. My theory anyhoo.
