That's bizarre. It's not *that* difficult to host mail servers elsewhere as a temporary measure, or using third-party hosted service.

Yeah I've done many email migrations, figuring out who needs to be involved in compliance meetings takes days
Also, how do you get people over when you have no way to contact them, and users maybe don't have working PCs?
