Reminder that WannaCry spreader variants were all kill switched or payload corrupt, so lots of orgs never finished patching as pain stopped.

Does this show up on boot or is it a custom fullscreen terminal exe?

Looks to be like the Petya ransomware which overwrites the MBR with a custom bootloader so on boot it shows the picture above.
