I don't believe it is as bad as it appears. 99% of the OS code isn't there. Shared library SDKs however are.

A vast majority of the data is binary ISO images of old internal builds, which don't have much/any value.

And even more than earlier Windows, MS seems to rewrite builds of the OS more times than we change undies. By v50, they might get it right
