We're recruiting for my replacement at the moment (Security Architect in Liverpool) and biggest problem is figuring out if ppl LIKE security
You can look at CVs and not really be sure why people are pivoting towards security (or if they really even are).

Interviewed a candidate yesterday. The enthusiasm, the spare time security research, why security? was the bulk of it. It's a mindset, no?
