London attacker Khuram Butt was in Channel 4 documentary "Jihad's next door" last year. He associated with jailed preacher Anjem Choudary.
According to the BBC, Khuram was one of 3000 people "under investigation" by MI5 - meaning they aren't watched due to resource issues.
