A phone tech went to one of our smaller datacenters and accidentally turned off all the power. To all the servers. Not a good day.
A few years ago a UPS tech turned off the UPS power by mistake at our 'Tier One' datacenter.. by Heathrow airport in London.

Had a guy hit the datacenter EPO button while trying to install a "barrier" (bent box top) to prevent people from hitting it.
