    100% agree. Diversity provides different opinions, challenges and finally growth and productivity.

    Q4 Isn't it important to always challenge oneself by working with those who have a different perspective to you? So like-minded in willingness to learn and collaborate, but I welcome having my viewpoints challenged. THats how I learn.

    Having a good "education",is the most important thing. In addition, I think focus and concentration are also critical skills to have a clear mind.Physical exercises, meditation, spending time in nature helps to strengthen these skills.
