@GooglePlay I don't understand why after I bought a whole album I can't find it on my music library? Why do I still have to use data or WiFi for an album I bought?

If you don't see the album in your music library, you can refresh it: ☰ > Settings > Refresh. Also, you can download the album so you can play it offline. Here's more info: https://goo.gl/zK3fhX . Let us know if you have questions.

I don't have that refresh option, so now after I bought an album I still have to download it?

Album/song is not automatically downloaded when you purchase, it gets added to your library and available for you to stream online. But for offline listening, you need to download the album/song.
