@GooglePlayMusic I have been a faithful user since 2014. The app needs a MAJOR update. Half of my library doesn’t work. I always get messages that it can’t load my song and to cancel or try again. I have an iPhone 8+ and this is so unacceptable
That's definitely odd behavior. Please check if you're using the most updated version of the App and the OS installed on your device.

Yes I am. It did this on my 6+ as well. It’s some app glitch. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded and it just keeps coming back. It’ll skip a song I want and continue to show this message several times before it finally plays.pic.twitter.com/bQYBV8s2l1
