@GooglePlay Hey, im having issues with music i bought, it says i can only listen to the songs when i have internet or data turned on, any way i can fix this?

I have followed this, yes, but when i go into my downloaded music on the Google Play app, it doesnt give me the option to download it
Oh no! Please check if you're signed into the right account and your app is updated. Also, could you let us know how are you accessing Google Play Music (browser/ iOS /Android)?

I am using Android, everything is updated, and i am signed into the right account, the weird thing is that i can access a few songs i bought without wifi but the rest is unaccessible unless i have wifi or data.
