Google play music has decided that albums I DOWNLOADED will not play locally and instead be streamed, which has eaten my data alive, nearly doubling my Project Fi bill. THANKS A LOT GOOGLE.
That doesn't seem right, Chris. Let's refresh your music library: ☰ > Settings > Refresh. Let us know if you're able to play music offline.
