@GooglePlayMusic I previously paid for the app but now only want the free option. I have clicked on this option in the menu but it doesn't do anything. Could you please help with this? Thank you
That's strange! Could you let us know how are you accessing Google Play Music (browser/ iOS /Android)? Also, try signing out of the app, restart and signing in again. Let us know if that works.
