@GooglePlayMusic So, I’m wondering if I obtain a copy of a track directly from you, we’ll see if the problem still persists. If it doesn’t, then something about the upload/conversion process impacted a bunch of tracks. If I still have the same problem, well then I’m out of ideas.
Our team will need to reproduce the issue to understand what's happening and work on a fix, so it may take a bit of time but we'll definitely keep you posted!

Hey guys. Any progress with my issue? Or do I need to just purchase all of the impacted tracks through your store? Would rather not (it kinda hurts having to buy the same music twice), but I need my workout music during workouts. Thanks.
