I know it’s not a standard problem that you can look at a troubleshooting list and find steps to a solution.
You are the info retrieval company though. Can we find a way to fix the bug here?

And no, disabling and enabling it did not fix the problem.
we'd like to know more, what type of songs aren't working (downloaded only, purchased songs, subscription songs, particular artist, etc)? Let us know and we'll take a look!

Everything in my library was imported (and purchased) from iTunes. Songs are from different artists. In one case, some tracks from one album are affected while others are not. Please remember, all music works with phone speaker. Bluetooth is where things get weird.

Just an FYI - my wireless speaker is a Sony H.ear Go unit. Has bluetooth and WiFi connections. When attempting to play some songs via bluetooth, there’s no sound. But play those affected songs via WiFi, works fine. Not sure why only certain songs have no volume via bluetooth.
