@GooglePlayMusic Hi having a recurring problem where some albums often won't play when downloaded for offline listening. Has happened regularly on 2 different android phones for about a year now

Hi Jon, you can try refreshing the music library: ☰ > Settings > Refresh. Just to let you know, the music you've purchased from Google Play or uploaded from your computer can be played offline. Keep us posted.

Still a problem unfortunately. It either says "can't play song without WiFi connection" or will just continuously try to load a song without beginning. Sometimes it will eventually skip to a track later in the album. I have Play Music Unlimited sub btw.

Sure one more go at getting a response before I cancel the subscription ....still unable to fill out this form as its constantly outside business hours. Any suggestions?
