I can't find the BTS albums i downloaded. As a matter of fact i can't find any of their albums when i search for it.

Thank you. I followed the steps but the songs are still not there. Previously when i used to type BTS on the search bar all of their albums pops up but now only the songs i have in my phone comes up. My download only button is switched off.
