The last three albums I tried to download stopped at 3 or 5 percent. I just paid my next month today so i know that's not an issue. I do it over wifi only too. Also, some of my offline songs wont play...offline..?
Thank you for the info. Have you tried clearing the app's cache: Settings > Apps > Play Music > Storage > Clear Cache > Restart Device? Let us know how that goes.
