google play will not let me upload my music at all, I've tried everything and nothing works.

Hi! So before it gave me a message saying that it wasn't able to establish a secure connection, so I tried everything on your troubleshooting page and nothing worked. I restarted my computer and it gave me an error saying that they needed me to sign in again, which I did.

It kept giving me the "sign in again" error message so I tried a different computer and it gave me the same error
