Does anyone know how to remove saved debit card info from Google play? I only see options to add another payment method, not remove existing ones

I found it now, thanks!! I have one more query: the music I purchased and downloaded plays only when the internet is connected, why is that? Shouldn't it play at all times since I downloaded it
