I signed out and back in while on phone with support. Now it's doing it again. I believe the issue is with "block explicit songs in radio". For some reason you guys can't create non-explicit radio stations?

I figured out the issue.
@GooglePlayMusic can't play clean radio. If I select not to allow explicit music on radio and then pick a Hip Hop station, it simply won't load a comprehensive queue. -
Ryan, that's a reasonable expectation if you don't want explicit songs. You can't have both.
